Hi, my very good friend visited his doctor last week because he was coughing several weeks. His doctor examined him, ordered him to make some tests and told him that he is not sure if he suffers bronchitis or CHF. I would like to know how that is possible for these two things to be mixed up.

My very good friend is doctor and he told me that there are some similarities in clinical picture of these diseases. Patients who are suffering from one or the other disease have dry coughing, lack of air and auscultations show similar results. All these things without further examination may confused doctors who have not enough experience.
