symptoms of anemia and osteoporosis or cancer?

My grandmother has was given 2pints of blood and told she has osteoporosis and anemia. My question is her symptoms are loss of blood, pain, fever, no appetite, and sweats would she have all these if it was just osteoporosis and anemia. I think they are missing something. They checked for bone cancer and it came back negative. Do you think she may have cancer somewhere else or would she have these symptoms with osteoporosis and anemia?
