I can try. The function of the bladder, to store and expel urine, is regulated by central and peripheral nervous system. Neurogenic bladder is a malfunctioning urinary bladder. Part of the brain where is the center which control bladder activity is in the base of the skull (known as pons). The conscious sensations associated with bladder activity are transmitted from the pons. If he had a head trauma most probably is that connection between brain and bladder has been lost.
You should consult a physician on how to deal with the situation.
