Hello! I have been into rowing since I was 15 but as I had my appendix removed I haven’t practiced for the last 6 months. I started rowing again and I started having very strange pain in the outside of the elbow on my right arm. The pain suddenly goes away and then comes back again. Last night I even woke up in pain. I would like to know if these symptoms are the symptoms of tennis elbow. My trainer told me about this possibility. Should I go and visit a doc?

Hi! The most typical tennis elbow symptoms are elbow pain and tenderness, forearm pain, inner – side forearm pain and stronger elbow pain with wrist movement. If you develop severe elbow pain, or can’t move the joint or experience loss of feeling, then you should visit a doctor as soon as possible!!!
