Hello! I am 37 year-old female and it seems to me that I am having menopause symptoms, the most common being hot flashes. I do work a lot at the moment, and am so easily irritated, at home children are screaming and my husband doesn’t have time for me, and he laughs when I can’t sleep at night due to sweating. I mean I don’t blame him as he probably knows nothing about it. I also noticed that I don’t have as much patience with my children as before. Why is this happening now? Am I not too young for this menopause crap? Please, I need advice!!!!

Hi! You may be experiencing perimenopause which has the same symptoms as menopause. It is a period before the menopause happens and it can happen to women ranging from 35 -45. If you can’t talk to your husband for more support, talk to a doctor who will definitely understand you, and may even help you reveal some of the symptoms.

I know exactly what you are going thru.  My dilemma is that I just recently had a hysterectomy w/complete reconstruction.  I am 39. I was starting to have those symptoms as well. If you can't afford a dr., try looking into homeopathic cures. Just be sure to talk to or go to a real homeopathic store for advice. Not a GNC, those clerks are "wingin" it when they give thier advice.
Best of luck! It is hard ast this age....Now I know how a bbay or toddler feels when they aren't understood.
