Hi Debbieb,

Anxiety MOST DEFINETELY can cause tachycardia. Have you been having this for a long time or is this something that has just started up? Is your health generally good? Any stresses (major)? I know that I had a bit of anxiety and my heart was racing and it turned out to be something with my thyroid. But I had other symptoms too. Talking to a therapist is a great way, doctor first though/ to see if there is something that you arent "seeing" that can be causing you anxiety. Any questions, please feel free to ask, ok?
