My husband who is 27 has out of the blue started having sever pain in his butt near the tail bone just above his anus. It hurts constantly but there is no visible sign of injury no redness and he has not fell on it. He feels like he needs to have a bowl movement but can't because it hurts to push. Any ideas what may be causing this.
