Hi! I need some information. I had a 7mm big kidney stone and I was suffering a lot. I think that I won’t ever forget that pain. I want do something for prevention. I heard that I need to drink a lot of water every day and that I can use polycitra also. Can I take polycitra to prevent new stones from forming?

Yes! I think that you can use it. My doctor prescribed me polycitra when I had problem with kidney stone. It used to make the urine more alkaline (less acidic) and this helps prevent the formation of certain kinds of kidney stones. Actually, Polycitra contains potassium and citric acid. You need to use it for one month.
