taken sleeping pills while pregnant

I have been taken sleeping pills for 2 years every nite and now am 7 weeks pregnant and wounder if the pills are harming the baby?? if ok which pills are ok to take while pregnant? I take tylenol pm . please need opinions

While pregnant you really shouldn't take anything without speaking to your doctor first. In general a "rule of thumb" so to say; Tylenol products are safest during pregnancy. However again it is most important to speak to your doctor.
