taking Orudis for 3 days but id doesn't help

My mom always used Tylenol for me when I was a child and as I got older, I took other pain reliever that it would be the best for me. I get headaches occasionally. Other than that, I do not need to use pain relievers very often. Last time I took Orudis for 3 days but it does not help me? Why is the cause?

Orudis is an anti-inflammatory drug used to relieve the inflammation, swelling and joint pain that are associated with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Orudis is used to relieve headache, toothache, muscle aches, backache and menstrual cramps, but the individual reactions may vary. Ask your doctor for advice as it can be possible cause of not working for you if you are taking other medicines or drink alcoholic drinks.
