Hey,
I would like to have an information, if anyone is familiar with this topic. Me and my hubby would like to conceive a baby and are trying more than 4 months. Besides I am white as a yoghurt and am tanning (one a week, appropriate to my skin). Is tanning forbidden while conceiving, meaning while trying to conceive?

Hello,
I think tanning has nothing to do with conceiving. You can even get tanned while pregnant, you should just protect your nipples. The thing with conceiving is that you must keep on trying and I am sure you will succeed  No, really, is not as simple as someone might think… as you know, timing, your and yours partners physical health, nutrition etc… Some people do it rather quickly no matter the facts that I have mention, on the other hand some (luckily rare) are less successful and are trying even more years. Few months (for a start) is definitely not a period to panic
