Use
vitamin B6, it always help releaving the cold turkey symptoms, not that it reduces the symptoms (do not over exaggerate with B6!!!)
I would suggest reducing the dosage. If you are still on 6 to 8 daily (wow!!!), reduce to a half, immediately and continue half dosage for few days, then reduce to 1!!!! Keep it to 1 for a week or two. And then quit! This will help you minimize the cold turkey… but remember, cold turkey is just physical addiction, then comes the
mental one, which may be and IT IS WORSE!!!
