teen son refusing parental help

I have big problem with my son. He is 19 years old. I am living on the ranch with my wife and younger daughter. My teenage son is living in the city because of his education. But lately he became headstrong. He doesn't want us interfering with his life. He refuses all kind of parental help. He wants to live his own life. Now he wants to leave college. Do you have any advice?

Something must have happened with him when he had changed his mind so radically. I mean he has gone to study but now he is going to leave it. It is normal in his years to be a rebel. But you must stay in touch with him. Go there and see what is happening. Ask him why he wants to stop studying. Maybe you did something wrong and you are unaware. Or somebody is pressuring him to act in that way.
