teen with a self esteem problem

I have a son. He is 16 years old, and he is terrible unsecure. Every single thing cause problem to him. For example if he goes to the bus station to reserve tickets he must go to bathroom few times. Also dating is impossible task for him. He gets so nervous even a day before it. He doesn't believe in himself at all. How can I help him to solve his problem with the self esteem?

Constant support and psychology treatment are the main patterns to achieve cure for his problem. All your further actions are supposed to be based on these two facts. The whole treatment includes constant talking to him in order to encourage him. And the most important thing is that this process includes whole family.
