i have a theory, i have had those nipple lump things almost for about 3 years now and with my research i have discovered that the reason that there is the hard tissue under my nipples is because of a hormone imbalance of testosterone and estrogen and the reason your body makes the lumps is because you have to much testosterone in your body and so your body heightens the estrogen levels thus making the weird lumps under your nipples and i have also found out that masterbaiting does heighten your testosterone levels. and i have also found out that eating a high fat diet doesn't help get rid of these nipple lumps any faster.
so what i would say to get rid of the lumps the fastest is to eat a low fat diet and stop masterbaiting until the lumps are gone. but in no way has this been proven to work, but i'm going to try out my method right now |

I am the same way but i heard that it is just because i am developing.
But i dont have blood that comes out. |

i'm 13 at the moment. I have a small lump under my right nipple. It just came up one day, and when I felt it it felt a bit swollen. I look at both nipples in the mirror, and see that the one with the lump is a bit darker in colour, and slightly bigger from the bottom. It's not like a hard lump (a pea or something), but when a lie down straight and spread the right hand out, I can feel some small thing right under. I think this is part of puberty right? most people I've searched with this lump are 12-14, and I hope it's normal. any help would be appreciated  .

| btw i still have puffy nipples but they don't hurt now i am 16 and when i feel cold my nipples go back to normal but i do have that lump thing behind my nipples and they do get puffy at times. is this normal? |

| i'm 16. i've had big nipples for what seems like since i was in middle school. probably before that.i can't even remember when it started anymore.they stick like 1.5 cm out. it sucks dick. |

umm well imma 14 year old male and i got a lump under my armpit and in my right nipple, and im really really scared. i went to the doctor n he said itz probally nothing and that im also just maturing but that was a long time ago and the lumps are still here. i used to have one in my left nipple but it went away. it doesent hurt unless itz punched or sumthin like that.
someone pleasee help |

| theyre called nipple rocks alot of kids our age get them nd alot of my friends have them and docs say they will go away in time and u guys r fine |

Yer i had the same thing as everyone else... I had hard bits behind both nipples and everyone used to take the piss because they made my nipples stick out... when im cold there fine cos they shrivel up. And that was when i was 12-13. Now im 15... they haven't really made any improvements at all.. im just left with nipples that are "puffy" if that's the right word... but the hardness went away within about 1.5 years.
ALL I CAN SUGGEST IS NOT TO SQUEEZE OR PUSH DOWN FIRMLY ON THEM OFTEN, I SAY THIS BECAUSE I SACRIFICED MYSELF IN ORDER FOR AN EXPERIMENT TO SEE WHETHER IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE AND IT DOES... I SQUEEZED THE LEFT ON ONLY AND NOT THE RIGHT AND THE LEFT TURNED OUT BIGGER 
p.s. the puffiness goes away when i stretch out the skin around it... i don't have man boobs but i used to have quite big pecs now i don't and its all gone a bit loose... do you think surgery is the way to go :S and get the excess removed? |
