Hi, I am mother of 16 years old girl who is having emotional problems. Several days ago she told me that her boyfriend left her and she is very sad because of it. I have noticed that she doesn't want to go out with her friends and she is spending most of the time in her room. I don't know what to do so if someone had similar experience please share it with me.

Hi, teenagers are very sensitive and they are making their first steps in real world. Your daughter is sad and it is quite normal. As your mother you have to talk to her and try to explain her that she has to go on and there are other nice boys which she will meet. You have to be supportive but also realistic.

My boyfriend just left me after three years. I'm really sad and I like to stay in my room and just do nothing aswell. She already knows all of the stuff like there are other boys out there and to get over it. Just give her some space and some time to get over it. She will get over it. Just don't try to talk to her about things that she already knows. She's not dumb, she just needs space.

LEAVE HER ALONE!!
