Hello! I am 19 years old, just finished high school, and I got pregnant. Even though my parents are open minded and liberal, I haven’t told them yet because I haven’t made up my mind yet. My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years now, and we are still very much in love and are both thinking about keeping the baby but the thing is that we both want to go to college. So, the decision is pretty hard for us! I am writing in order to hear other people’s opinions about this subject. Thank you in advance!

Hello there. You found yourself in a very tough position girl. It sounds very comforting that you have understanding parents. If both you and your boyfriend feel like keeping the baby, it is your right to do so. I believe you two should sit down and talk to both of your parents and see what your options are and how much financial and supportive help you can get from both sides. It is much easier to have somebody by your side with a small child. I wish you good luck and I am sure you will make the decision that is the best for you!
