| Hello. I am a woman 29 years old and I am interested in alternative therapies. My younger sister mentioned me this ayurvedic medicine, and I just looked at her blank. It is the first time I hear about this thing, and I am into this stuff. How unusual. SO, naturally, I would like for you to explain to me something more about ayurvedic medications. |

| Ayurvedic medicine is a traditional Indian medicine that is five thousand years old practice. The word is two combined Sanskrit words ayus, meaning life or lifespan, and veda, meaning knowledge. It is a way of life, and it involves proper diet, conduct, drinking and using herbal remedies. There is a few different types of ayurvedic medicine – Maharishi and traditional. They have little differences. Hope I helped. |
