About 3 months ago my right teste got bigger than my left one , i have a slight lump on the top left of the teste, also it is more veiny than the left. My right teste is now alot bigger than my left . How do i tell me parents ? and is it cancer ?

usually this could be a cyst (not dangerous) though......The veins can lower your abbility to have kids simply b/c your temperature can be increased in your teste. Hope this helps
