Hi, I need some advise what to do when I am having terrible menstral cramps. I am trying to lie down and relax, but it troubles me anyway.

Hi, I can tell you from my own experience what works for me. But, I suppose that every woman is different so you will probably have to search for yourself. Try to do like this: by a box of raspberry leaf tea or make mixtures with mint, to relieve pain. I also use a hot pad, which is heated in the microwave. This provides me sleep if I am in great pain. You can take Anaprox, usually I take two to start. Also, you can try Tylenol with codeine. Sometimes, if cramps are not so strong you can take lower doses or do some mild exercise to stimulate blood flow and feel less pain.
