terrible mood swings, am I going bipolar?

Ever since I was confirmed with perimenopause as diagnose I have problems with my behavior and mood. Even I noticed these variations. Sometimes the changes are in the same day or part of the day. In one moment I feel like I can fly and in the other too depressed to be alive. What is happening, am I in terrible mood swing or am I going bipolar?

What is happening? Nothing or everything depends of your point of view. You are in perimenopause and it is normal to be that way. This happens to all or to many women. But if you need to be sure, or you have family history of psychiatric problems you may see your doctor.
