I have a friend that had confided in me and she had asked the question: What is it called if you have sex and right after that you feel a terrible excutiatiog pain at the bottom of your stomach. like in the cervic or abdomen area. so what do you call that?

There could me many causes of such pain. Diagnosis depend on the patients additional symptoms, age, medical history, etc
The pain could come from the uterus or ovaries, also some kind of infection. The only way to find out is to see a gynecologist.
