I don’t understand much in medicine. I was told that I have some problems with my triglycerides. My doctor told me that after my last visit to him. He told me to do the blood test. After testing it is clear that I have low cholesterol but high triglycerides. Can you tell me something about cholesterol and triglycerides and something about my condition?

Both cholesterol and triglycerides are sorts of lipids in our organism. Their levels have significant influence on our health. Most of all they can influence on our coronary state. The high levels of these lipids can be very dangerous and can even initiate heart attack. Try to lower your triglycerides by some food diet prescribed by your doctor.
