Hi, two weeks ago I had fever and extreme fatigue. My condition wasn’t getting any better, so I went to a doctor. She sent me to do a blood test, and it turned out that I was positive for autoimmune disorder. A doctor prescribed me some drugs, and I hope they will help. However, I don’t know anything about this disorder, and I would appreciate if someone would tell me a few things about it.

Hi, I also had an autoimmune disorder. Beside fever, I had some disturbing symptoms. For example, my nose and mouth were constantly sore, I was tired all the time and was loosing my hair. I also had chills all over my body and I lost some weight. These were some very disturbing symptoms. A doctor didn’t know at first what was happening to me, she thought it was just a fever. Fortunately, she sent me to a blood test, just in case. I was positive to autoimmune disorder. She prescribed me some antibiotics, and they were helpful. There are some other tests for autoimmune disorder beside a blood test, like cerebrospinal fluid analysis, electromylogram, and magnetic resonance imaging of the brain.
