hello,
i am 24 years,my muscules is like women's muscule. i took sometesterone injection and it was affect my face hair.then i tested my testerone hormone and it was 3.3 and Doctor said that its normal(he said even 3.00 is normal).
now i noticed that the hair on my chest grow, but my mascules is still not strong,my bone is very slim.i read that Zenk is good to increase Testerone but in which kind of food we can get it??
my question is how i can to strong my mascules and to make it seem like man mascules??and if i reach 70 years i will seem like a woman??because testerone will be a half of 3.3 ???
