hi all !
i wonder if u could help me out ,
i am 18 and and have had a lump on my left tesical, i have it check out 2 times bye my gp but hes says it just a sis - cysts [ how ever u spell it ]
but i am showing some signs of testical cancer i have alittle bit of groin ache now and then and also my ball can aches and hurts me somestimes ,
hes says its a sis - cysts but i am not sure , i dont trust doctors somestimes , but the good thinks is the lump hasnt grown and ive had it 2 years now soooo am i being parnoid or what ??

Well, I think you're a bit paranoid, but of course it's better to worry about it rather to get a serious illness 
I think you have sebaceous prominence. It's something similar to cyst, but more related to blocked skin pores.
Anyway, to make sure you should make an appointment with your urologist or dermatologist which could easily detarminate what kind of lump you have.
People just always think bad first, but looking to your description, it's just a cyst or blocked pores.

i agree i think i am parnoid lol 
i have had it 3 years not 2
hasnt growned at all and it isnt actualy on my balls, u know were the tube attches to ur testical it kind on that and my ball lol
doctor said it was a cyst as soon as he felt it , soo thanks man and if u could reply again and make me feel better, it would be nice

Hehe, yep as I said, nothing but small fat mass maybe. Did you get any treatemnt for it or what did your doc say about it? Would it go by itself?
I think you shouldn't worry much about it, it will come and go

ehh i just discovered a lump on the top of my right testicle. i dont know what it is but i remember a few years ago i had a cyst in the exact same place and have never really chcked if it had gone or not. is it a cyst pleas reply soon im so worried  |

| I also have a lump in the left side of my testical... I'm worried about it... I've had it for 2 years... is it possible to be anything else but not cancer?!! I've started feeling sleepy and unactive lately? I'm 22 years by the way... PLEASE reply and make me feel good!! |

I have a lump in the same place. Got it checked out 3 years ago and was told it was a cyst. It's still here, just the same as before. I'd go and get it checked out again for peace of mind like I am going to. |

i recently found a lump right above my left testical. its like it sucked in . it doesnt hurt or feel sore but i feel worried if its some kind of cancer or an infection. when i look at it, my right testical hangs out freely. can u help or have any idea wat it is  |
