I have been having a lot of pain from my left side of my testicals.. i recently found a lump on the bottom of the left side.. it fells like it is attached to the testica.. im 34 and scared.. its about 1/2 the size of the testical itself.. and is soft.. just like the testical itself.. could this be anything else..
