I am 27 years old male. 10 years back in 1997, i had a surgery of mild vericocele on left testicle(while i was medically examined as a candidate for joining Airforce).but since then my left testicle has grown a lot more in size and my right testicle looks ver tiny comparitively and i dont feel any pain in my left testicle even if i press it a lot but when i try to press the right one,it pains.i am currently living in a country diffrent from where actually i had my surgery for vericocele.
i hve a normal ejeculation and specially i am newly married and i am also very worried if this is a serious problem which might cause me to loose fertility specially i am desiring to become father as soon as possible..
please help me with this issue if any medicine is required or anything or who to consult if this is a serious issue.because so far i have not discussed at all with any doctor about this issue.

i ve lost my left testis 7 years ago is it possible to put artificial testis for balancing the right testis i want to marry but before that i want to solve this problem by putting left artificial testis with the original right testical IS IT POSSIBLE ? my mail address is
