testical issue, soft lump and right hangs lower.

Hey, for about as long as i can remember i have had on and off very bad pains in my testical, it used to be my left, then my right. As i got the older the pains subsided (this would happen maybe once or twice a year for two days, at the same time i generally had side painsm wind, would suffer simular symtoms for IBS)

not really bothered me for many years, but i guess i have become a lot more paranoid lately since reading lots and starting pay attention to every feeling out there after recetly going through a week of aches (not so much pains until i started messing around with them :/)

There is and has been for a long time a lump on the right testical, usually towards the top, it doesnt feel like its coming from within, more on the tube that goes up into my body just close to the testical, sometimes under, or in the middle it, sort of floats around there with the vain/tube i guess.

also the right testical is maybe half an inch higher, is that normal?

i should also note when i am tensed up the lump etc tenses too (i was shit scared it was cancer, still could be i guess but i've had this for like 8 years)

i recently have seen a doctor, annoyingly the skin tightened a little so it wasnt as visable and it the lump was soft at the time, he did his check and as far as he was concerned everything is ok and he is letting me have a scan for my own sense of peace.

i noticed that the vains and mucles on that side in general are a bit bigger, skin tightens a bit more on that side.

Sorry for the long post i am just trying to get out as much information as possible... the question is should i be worried by the lil aches etc i get now and then and all of the above? :/ sorry just nervy as hell.

The doctor also suggested more fruit etc to ease wind (trapped wind usually causes pain down that side too)

again sorry for the long post, just wanted to spill every detial i can think of Smile

also, this is embarassing but my friend has said i should add the following; there doesnt seem to be any issues when having sex other than the testical is more sensitive if treated roughly and can be a little achy sometimes but not in a painful way.

one fear is could the testical be tanging with the vain etc and thats why it hands higher? and by tensing the musces and vains there i just mean holding your breath basically which holds both testicals up more.

Just an edit here i thought i should add, i have a few friends with simular complaints, infact probably 7/10 people i talk to about this have something simular.

doc says vain mass in left testical is called a vericoseal and 80% of males have it and 40% have it to the point of it being noticable. he says vains cause moor heat then desired by the testicl for they hang outside of the body for a reason and could cuse fertility problems , he sid to wear boxers to keep it loos and cool. other then that no worries --- he also said this condition only happens on the left side because it is actually the veins that supply the left leg are dipping into the scrotum. just some info for ya hope this helps...
