hi. a few months ago i had an ache in my lower stomach and i felt a fluid type thing under my right testical. a few months later i felt a lump, with not much pain on the top of my right testical. i am very worried that this could be cancer. i keep hoping that its a cyst but i feel its time to get it checked out. i just want some opinions, if you have had the same thing happen to you, or know anything about this type of this. im very nervous to go to the doctor to tell my parents. please help me. |

Hey,
I have a lump under my right testicle and it's not connected to the testicle itself but it's like tube. It get soft when i lay down. I saw two military doctors and they both told me hydrocele or spermatocele. I ask if there is a treatment and they said it is best left alone if not bothersome. During my visit the first doctor did a througrough physical exam and second doctor did a physical exam, blood test, and urine test. They both came back negative for bacterial or some other stuff. They told me to wear scrotal support, which helps.
However, I would get it check anyways to give you a piece of mind. Plus, TC if caught early is treatable. I was scared like hell at first, but if i didn't see the doctor this would bug me forever. Don't be scared to talk to your parents - they would understand.

| See a family practitioner first, he/she will send you to a specialist if needed. |
