my 26 year old boyfriend has a small pea sized lump very close to his left testical on the groin. It is hard and doesnt move. it is not causing him any discomfort but i cant help worrying this could be cancer. can you help me please.

It could be a lymph node or just an under skin pimple. Does the lump grow with the time and when did he notice it? Is the skin on the lump area discolored or reddish? How old is your boyfriend and does he have other symptoms like nausea or dizziness, etc???

If he has concerns, it would be the best to visit his GP which could easily exam the pimple and determine what could it be, but as I said obviously it's nothing then un under skin pimple or fat mass!
