hi im 14 and about 5 weeks ago i noticed a small lump on my left testical and im not sure if it is cancer. i am scared to tell someone and go to the doctors. what do you think i should do.

go to the doctors and get it checked out, its almost certainly not cancer but if it is the sooner it is checked the easier it is to treat and considering 99% of testicular cancer suferers survive there is no need to be overly worried. ps i am not a doctor but i have also found a lump and it is better to be safe than sorry.
I have a lump on mine also, i went to see a doctor a few years ago, he said it was just probably a cyst and no need to worry, but he said if it appeared to get bigger or grow then see him about it again. It didnt really ever get bigger so no need to worry. Mine was probably just an ingrown hair that cause fluid to build up in the cyst.
