testical lump

hi i am 16 and i have a lump at the very top ov my right testcal ive had it now for bout 14 weeks and went to the gp twice in the first week of finding it but he did not feel it the limp is about the size of half a bb and ive only jst noticed tht it seems to click from right to left also i felt pian in my right tesical and a draging feeling but tht went after 2 weeks. i went bak to the gp about it 10 weeks after and he put me dwn for a ultra sound scan but as none urgent so this will be about 8 weeks now untill i have this but im jw if it is tc my family say it is jst a cyst or jst a calcium lump but im not sure if any one could help i would be gratefull also if it is tc then do u reckon after 14 weeks ther would have been sum kind of change like spread or the lump gettin bigger also the lump seems to be white when i push up the the skin of the sack.
