i am a 26 yo male married with 2 kids i have noticed with in the past few weeks i seem to get pains in my testicals more to the rear part of the testicals i do not wear boxers or underwear i like them to in the free i guess this pain may last all day or sometimes it feels like it has gone away and back to normal but with in a few days its back again it does not hurt when i masturbate or when i have sex i thought it might have something to do with my childern sometimes we play fight a bit and they get a bit ralled and there foot might come into contact.. nothing serious to make a guy drop crying.. being there both young they know it hurts but there getting attention from playing and forget. yesterday the pain was there and i went to investagate a bit a found that the left was a bit swelled and i could not touch the rear of that testical with out it hurting it felt like a small vien comeing off the back of the nut was enlarged a bit when i explaned to the wife she became upset because i am unemployed with no insurance to visit the testical doctor .. somedays its fine and other days it hurts anyone help ????
