| This is really weird that I've found this. Mine started when I was about like 14 and i'm 19 now, and my doctor a few years ago said they would go away over time, but they haven't. And I recently had a check up with my new doctor and showed him and said they're just mucus cysts and there is nothing you can really do about them. I even tried putting acne medicine like zapzit on them haha, doesn't work at all though and I usually have no acne. My ex girlfriend gave me a lot of shit for them when she saw them because she swore I had some kind of disease. I hope they go away, they're kind of annoying, like pimples on your balls..Kinda sucks. |

| Ya ive had the same shit goin on randomly since i was about 15 and im 19 now and i actually just got another one about a week ago but its starting to go away, ur never alone man. |

| WoW i cant seem to get rid of mine and it is very annoying because i fell ashamed we a girl goes down there i get scared.. But over time i have gotten used to it, and let girls know straight away that it is normal and many guys have this problem. I dont think it s any thing to do with washing because i scrub my balls everyday very hard now and they are still there. But there was a point were i thought i had caught something haha |

| I've went to a urologist about this. He gave it a fancy name but basically it is overactive sweat glands that cause those pimple like bumps to form. He gave me some cream to put on them but it didn't work. If the problem is really bad, some of the skin could be removed through surgery. As far as a natural cure, I haven't found anything yet. |

I have the same thing.
I had one when I was 16, and at 18 I managed to pop it, and it seemed like large acne or something, but after several years, more of these appeared, some are popable and some aren't.
I went to the urologist, who sent me to a skin doctor, who in his turn said that this is a genetic issue and it's most likely fat deposits under the skin, and it's untreatable by medication. You can remove them by surgery, but most likely they'll return.
I'm considering using a medical needle to punch a small hole and draining the fat/mucus out, though I am not sure that it's a good idea. |

I'm 19, and have been having the SAME problem as everyone else on here since I was 14, really funny to read everyone's posts... I'm amazed anyone has had problems with girls giving you crap... I've actually had a girl get mad at me for getting rid of the larger ones... (she said it was fun to play with... weird i know)..
Some are easy to pop and others I've actually gone through the trouble of cutting open/out (I wouldn't advise this to anyone...) could cause unwanted infections and such... takes foreveerrr to heal.. and after i did that... i kinda just decided to accept them.. and I'm fine with it... gives me something to do while takin a poop anyway...
Dont let any girl give you crap, its balls for crying out loud.. they weren't made to put up on display.. |

| does it go red i dont know what it is but i would really wont to find out is it like a lump or something or does a lump like feel bumpy or something like that i got it when i was 13 i am now 15 and it hasn't gone away so what could it be? |

Unfortunately they don't go away. The only thing I've found that actually gets rid of them (and this sounds obscure) is using a type of wart remover.
It actually freezes and kills the "pimple/mucus" infection and the it dies. It will scab over then you can remove what I can only describe as a very tough/hard white head. |

| i am going under the same type of thing as everyone on this page i had started seeing them when i was about 12....now im 15 and only recently have i told my mom....i thought it was in STD or something but now i googled it and found out.... i am very relieved that i seen this page today..so for everyone else who is looking and wondering....its not and STD so be glad... |

saw them when I was 12, saw a doctor and he said was cause I don't wash my balls lol.
well been washing them for 16 years since that doc, and still there lol. However they never bothered me, and no girl has ever even noticed, and there has been a fair few of them around the world.
Happily Married now, and even wife never even noticed. I guess I am just too good of a lover for them to notice those little details.
woudl be good if they went away, but really do not care about them, gives you something extra to do than itching your balls while watching TV, we can Itch and pop, more the fun  |
