well it feels like someone is putting pressure on my testicals all day unless im lying down or if i hold them up. plus they are giving off a strong smell, i've phone in sick for college as the smell is strong and its too painful.
does anyone have idea's what this could be?

i have the same problem except mine gets worse my penis seems to lose all bloodflow and shrinks like i just got out of a really cold lake, also expieriencing premature ejaculation in small amounts.
