My left testical never coming down. I am old 43 years, and sometimes i have a pain on the left side, that sometime last couple of days sometimes less. What i need to do. Thank you.

If you are experiencing pain, you want to get it checked out.
Besure to keep an accurate record of what days you experience pain, and any physical activity that you've done just before or around the time that you feel pain.
Also, the doctor may also find it helpful if you keep track of what sex you engage in for the same reasons as above.
It's important to tell him everything so that he gets a complete picture and can advise you how to get relief. It's important.
