i have a small soft lump on my right testical,it can be very sore when i walk or move.

I suggest you seek medical advice/treatment ASAP. Most likely you will see a uroligist, please tell him/her your concerns.

I suppose it is just a pimple or a cyst since it hurts. It could be an infected ingrown hair. All of these lumps become red, swollen and sore when they get infected by bacteria from skin. If this is the case, you would need an antibiotic treatment and then possibly draining. Ingrown hairs may go away on their on but infected sebaceous cysts may form abscesses and be very painful and may need treatment.

If you lump is situated under the skin and coming from the testicle itself, not from the scrotum, you should definitely have it checked by a doc.

All lumps should actually be checked by a doc and I would not suggest you played with ingrown hairs and other cysts either, so you wouldn’t cause inflammations.
