i am 18 years old and ever since i could remember since i was about 13 or 14 i noticed small white lumps on my testicle looks kind alike pimples but when tried to pop i noticed that they were hard and would only some times pop. Latly ive notice more and more emerging this oculd be cause im sexualy active?? or it could be hair glands infected?? w/e it is some 1 please give me feed back on this ASAP...
