There are so many possible options that could be causing your testicle discomfort but without more info it is hard to say anything.

Some of the questions you could answer are: are both testicles involved or just one? Did you suffer a trauma or an injury to this area? Are you taking any medications?
Have you found any lumps on scrotums or testicles themselves?

Do you sometimes get aroused but don’t fulfill your needs like not ejaculate. The thing is that unrelieved erection often cause pain and even other side effects.

Is it a pain or just a slight discomfort. If the pain is sudden or severe, then it should be considered a medical emergency!

The thing is that testicles are pretty sensitive and that just a slight injury could cause discomfort. However, there is a possibility that there’s a anatomical abnormality or an infection but reporting any additional symptoms would be of great importance!

Is there any swelling? Hydrocele and spermatocele are known cysts that can occur within scrotums.
