| i have 1 testicle much larger than my left one. is this a bad thing as most people only have it slightly bigger but mine is much bigger |

Guest, you don't indicate how long this has been the case. And you don't indicate your age.
Most men have a slight difference in size of the testicles. And, testicles tend to swell a little, and shrink a little, but both at the same time.
If you're saying that one testicle has swollen suddenly, or over time has grown larger, you'll want to see a family physician or male health specialist.
If you're reporting that one testicle has shrunk, you'll want to see a urologist, and soon.
Any drastic change in size is a sign that some process is going on.
It's good that you're aware of your testicles and I hope you're doing regular self exams. That's the best way to keep a handle on what's happening and if any changes have kicked in.
