Hey I'm 22. I've been having this testicle pain I noticed one morning by rubbing my left testicle around. It's mainly on the left side of it towards the top and the back. I only started hurting when I would roll the testicle around for a little bit or when I pressed directly on it. The next day I would rub it and it wouldn't hurt at first but the more I rubbed it the more it would hurt. I was figuring it was something with a nerve. I rode my bike for a couple of days too and heard that it could hurt from sitting wrong. I can't really find any significant lumps where the pain is necessarily. I am going to wait and quit messing with it to see if it goes away. Has this happened to anyone else?
