testicle problem

for a while i've noticed something strange about my left testicle. sometimes it really hurts. there is also a soft bump on it. i went for an ultrasound and nothind was detected. however, recently i noticed that when i do my kegel exercises, only the right testicle raises while the left testicle does nothing. what does this mean?
