Hi! I am 19 years old male, and a few nights ago I have shaved my testicles and the area around the penis. Today, when I woke up, there were three whiteheads on my scrotum. I have been with my girlfriend for 2 years now, and we were both virgins when we made love for the first time, I don’t think she is having an affair, but we do have sex unprotected. So, these whiteheads…have they appeared because of shaving or could it be it is something else?

I am most certain that your whiteheads are ingrown hair. You may put a warm washcloth on it, for the pus and hairs to get out on the surface, so that you can take them out. Just, don’[t squeeze them, it is better just to let them stay there than to squeeze them.
