I have one problem, which made me so embarrassment few days ago. When I was with my girlfriend I have noticed something is wrong with my testicles. Since I have never had this kind of problems, I don’t know what to do. I have noticed some follicles occur on my testicles and it seems itchy too. Is that something serious or even maybe some STD?

First of all, I have to tell it’s not everything unusual you notice down on your testicle STD. If you consider you might be in risk group of getting some of these, your doctor would give you the best answer. There are so many different tests and screens to check whether there is something wrong, or there is no need to worry. Again to tell you if you really doubt of these, check it with your doctor. My opinion is, if there is only itchy testicles, with few follicles, probably that is nothing so serious. Itchy testicles may became from irritation, or any other reason which is going to pass on it’s own. Follicles may occur because of sebaceous glands, which might become inflamed. On and around your testicles are placed many sebaceous and other glands, which has canal for its ingredients may go out. Sometimes this canal may be stopped so sebum is going to cause follicles. My advice is to wait little more to see what will happen. If this condition persists, it’s not embarrassing to visit the doctor and ask professional advice.
