No, there is nothing wrong with you, this is natural what is happening, it simply is occurring when you get sexually excited that your testicles become more firm as the sperm collects inside and until you don’t get rid of it, your testicles would be swollen and a bit painful.
This is happening to me very often, my testicles get swollen just before the intercourse and as soon as I ejaculate, it seems like my testicles are relieved in a way. Which they sure are.
But the pain can remain the same if it happens I don’t manage to ejaculate and release the sperm, then my testicles hurt the next few days, this is weird. This is a very unpleasant feeling and I tend to ejaculate just anytime I am very much sexually excited.
You don’t pay much attention to this, just try to empty your testicles as often as you can and as much as you can. |
