I am 22 and healthy. I do not smoke or drink, eat healthy and exercise regularly. Even when not engaging in sexual activity, my testicles hurt when touched gently. There is no pain when I walk, only when my testicles are touched as if being examined in a physical. I cannot pinpoint if it is a particular one or at a specific site. However, it is an almost sharp pain, where I'll have to stop all activities for the time being. Any advice? Thanks.
