I am an 18 year old male with a concern about my genitals, when I was around 5 or 6 I had something called an Inguinal Hernia, now later in life I have noticed that my right testicle doesn't sit as low as it does on the left, and it feels tighter in the scrotum, as if its on a shorter leash. I experience no pain or itchiness at all. Is there anything to be worried about?

Hey, i'm happy to run across your topic here, because I have the exact same issue, and I had suspected it was an Inguinal Hernia.
Basically I have the exact same issue, my ball sack feels much tighter than it ever was, and my left testicle hangs really high, almost as if it's on a shorter leash, as you so quiantly put it. Although, one other thing I notice, is during sexual activity, my right testicle will often pull up into my body, all of this began when I suspected that I developed a hernia, so it's likely all normal symptoms of the hernia, i'll let you know however after I visit my doc next week. |
