hi im only 12 years old and i see that when i stretch out the skin that covers my testicles there are dots all over the skin but very small, and also when i feel both my testicles i dont feel any lumps its just the skin when i strech it seems to have dots all over it... i dont know much about testicular cancer or if this is in any way normal so any help with this will be very much appreciated
