hi im 24 years old and i noticed a small lump where the intestinal tube connects to my penis it doesnt hurt or anything then a couple of days later i noticed a small sore inside the tip of my penis. what kinds of things could this be. i dont have insurance to go to a GP and i cant get the time of day out of the ER.
